Tenant (Student) Details

Tenant (Student) Requirements

By submitting this form the applicant consents and authorises Campus Lodge to contact, request and obtain information from any referee, credit provider or registered credit bureau for an assessment of behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts and creditworthiness.

We can only process your application and confirm your accommodation when:
1. All the Tenant / Student and Sponsor details have been submitted 
2. All the supporting documents have been uploaded
3. All relevant payments have been received

Ensure you upload the documents and that the proof of address documents are less than 3 months old.

  1.  ID of student (or passport if International student).

  2.  Proof of latest residential address of student

  3.  Proof of payment of payment of R1000 Registration fee

Bank Details: Campus Lodge, Capitec Bank code: 470010 Account No. 1642742676 . A reference of the Tenants last name must be added.

Once the above has been completed go to the "Sponsor Details" Page and ensure you or the Sponsoring person completes all the relevant details and that the supporting documents are uploaded
