Included is a "fair use" allocation of R1000 per person per month for the consumption water, electricity and gas.

Should the household usage and related cost of electricity, water and gas exceed the allocated R1000 per person per month the amount in excess of this will be split equally across each of the Tenant living in the house.

If at the end of the tenancy period there is an overspend above the allocated R1000 p.p.pm the excess amount will be added in equal shares to each Tenant’s account to be settled at the end of the agreement period.
